Update: Calculations are now more than a minute faster

Based on feedback from our recent steering group we have made several important updates to increase the speed of your Benefit and Budgeting Calculator.

We've dramatically improved the speed of the results page and the expert breakdown of a calculation. The smart budgeting, cost summary and savings and the Universal Credit calendar are also now significantly faster.

The faster load times will save you 64 seconds per case, on average. Based on usage during August we estimate this would have saved users almost 3 days.

Update: Accuracy checks: working with the DWP and Citizens Advice

We have had our Benefit and Budgeting Calculator tested by the DWP and Citizens Advice to ensure its accuracy and implemented the changes they suggested.

The calculator now includes a more detailed section about carers, answering questions about the underlying entitlement to carers allowance.
Update: The ABI launch Percy: The Protection Calculator

The ABI have utilised our customisation options to update Percy: The Protection Calculator. Previously used in beta stage, Percy: The Protection Calculator has now moved to full launch and is now live.

The customisation we applied has given the ABI control over the branding of the product which they describe as a "quick calculator" which will help users "boost financial readiness".
We run free introductory training webinars for all our customers. Scheduled every month and lasting 45 minutes, the online sessions go through the main features of the Benefit and Budgeting Calculator. Perfect for introducing new users or refreshing existing users.
